Phone Number Help

Please provide your full phone number in International format. International format means +xxx (yyy) zzz-zzzz where the elements are:

xxx Country code

yyy Area or city code

zzz-zzzz Local number

For example, a typical U.S. or Canadian number would be 1 (202) 555-1234.

Sold-to ID Help

Sold-to ID is a number given to a specific installations of products for existing customers.

Sold-to IDs are 10 characters or less.

Sold-to IDs can be found on your invoice and in the comments section of your license file.

Sales or Reseller Contact Help

To assist us in handling your issue as quickly as possible, please provide the following:

If you purchase directly from Siemens, the name of your account contact if known. E.g. Sales representatives or account executive.

If you purchase from a Siemens partner, the name of your Distributor / Reseller / VAR.

Siemens Business Area Help

If your issue relates to Billing, please provide your invoice number as part of your feedback to help us assist you in the quickest possible manner.

If your issue relates to your relationship with your Distributor / VAR / Reseller, please make sure you have provided the name of your Distributor / VAR / Reseller. Also, please let us know if the Distributor / VAR / Reseller has been contacted regarding the feedback and if they responded to the feedback.
